I recognize that this Handbook outlines the current policies and benefits and does not establish a contractual agreement for employment. The Company reserves the right to modify these policies and benefits as it deems necessary.

I am aware that the information encountered during my employment is proprietary to the Company, and I commit to maintaining its confidentiality. This means I will only use it within the scope of my duties and will not disclose it to any external individuals or entities. I understand that my duty of confidentiality persists even after the termination of my employment. To access and use Company resources, I must comply with all provisions outlined in the Handbook. Failure to do so may result in the revocation of my access to Company resources and disciplinary action, including potential termination.

Additionally, I understand my obligation to familiarize myself with the Company's safety, health, and emergency procedures as outlined in this Handbook or other related documents.
