This guideline applies to all prospective Agents and to all employees who are involved in the agent recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
This guideline outlines the foundational principles and framework for recruiting and onboarding new Agents. The purpose is to ensure a fair, consistent, and effective process that identifies qualified individuals, verifies their credentials, and formally integrates them into the company's operational and cultural environment.
This guideline applies to all prospective Agents and to all employees, including the Human Resources Department, Department Heads, and interview panellists, who are involved in the agent recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
Fairness and Transparency: The process shall be fair, objective, and transparent, with all candidates being evaluated based on merit and predefined criteria.
Due Diligence: A robust due diligence process, including comprehensive application reviews and background checks, shall be conducted to ensure the integrity and reliability of all agents.
Compliance: All recruitment and onboarding activities shall strictly adhere to all applicable labor laws, privacy regulations, and internal company policies, including the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy.
Structured Transition: The onboarding process is designed to provide a smooth and structured transition from candidate to trained agent, ensuring they are fully prepared for the formal training phase of their job.
Human Resources Department: Responsible for managing the overall recruitment pipeline, from initial application screening to coordinating interviews and processing onboarding paperwork.
Department Head / Manager: Responsible for defining the core competencies and skills required for the role, participating in interviews, and making the final hiring decision.
Interview Panel: Responsible for conducting objective and comprehensive interviews, assessing the candidate's skills and cultural fit, and providing feedback to the hiring manager.
New Agent: Responsible for providing accurate information during the application process, participating in all interviews and assessments, and completing all required onboarding tasks and documentation.
This guideline will be reviewed at least annually, or more frequently if there are significant changes in business operations, legal regulations, or best practices related to agent recruitment and onboarding
