The annual information update form is required to be submitted to the SCB on an annual basis and is due when the annual fees are due each year no later than January 31st. This requirement informs the SCB of any changes made to the structure of the Company and the nature of its business.
Easyterms Ltd. is required to provide on an annual basis:
A copy of Valid Business License
Annual Information Update Form
A copy of Current Annual Return Statement (filed with Registrar General’s Office)
A Copy of Unaudited Financial Statements or Management Accounts (if available)
