Acceptable KYC Documents

Company

• Memorandum of Association (MOA)

• Articles of Association (AOA)

• Certificate of Incorporation (certified)

• Board Resolution-duly signed

• Individual KYC for the person to whom the Board authorized to operate account

• Confirmation that entity has not been struck of the register

• Name and address of all Beneficial Owners (BO)

• Application form

• Financial reference (less than 6 months old)

• PEP form (Politically exposed persons acknowledgement and additional support).

Partnership Firm

Entity proof and address of the Entity.

• Individual verification of all partners or BO

• Partnership declaration to be obtained and signed by all partners authorizing the opening of the account

• The latest partnership deed (agreement)

• Application form

• Financial reference (less than 6 months old)

• PEP form (Politically exposed person acknowledgement and additional support).

Unincorporated Associations/Body of Individuals

• List of name and address of the members of the managing committee/governing body signed as per the provisions of the constitutional document of the entity

• Certified copy of the resolution to open the account signed as per the provisions of the constitutional document

• Individual KYC for the person to whom the unincorporated body authorized to operate account

• Application form

• Financial reference (less than 6 months old)

• PEP form (Politically exposed persons acknowledgement and additional support).
