The Chief Financial Officer is the senior financial executive responsible for the financial health of Easyterms Ltd. This role leads all financial strategy, planning, reporting, and accounting activities. The CFO drives the company's long-term financial growth and ensures all financial operations are sound.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy and long-term financial goals.
Oversee all accounting, finance, and treasury functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports to the CEO and board of directors.
Manage the company's cash flow, capital structure, and investment activities.
Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and tax requirements.
Lead the preparation for and coordination of external audits.
Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to drive profitable growth and operational efficiency.
Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Oversee treasury functions, including cash management and financial risk management.
Develop and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial partners.
Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures from a financial perspective.
Lead the company's risk management framework, particularly for financial risks.
Manage and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
Provide financial insights and data to support the CEO's strategic planning.
Oversee the development and implementation of financial IT systems.
Monitor the company's financial performance against industry benchmarks.
