This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals employed by or acting on behalf of Easyterms

1. Purpose

This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals employed by or acting on behalf of Easyterms, regardless of their position, location, or length of service. Adherence to these standards is a condition of employment.

3.3 Conflict of Interest

Employees must avoid any situation where their personal interests conflict, or appear to conflict, with the interests of Easyterms. This includes personal financial gain from business decisions and external business activities that may compromise our professional judgment. Any potential conflicts must be reported to a manager.

3.4 Compliance with Laws and Regulations

We are committed to full compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws governing financial services, data privacy, and employment.

4. Professional Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1 Professionalism

All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. This includes maintaining a professional appearance, being punctual, and communicating respectfully and clearly with colleagues and clients.

4.2 Client Relations

We serve our clients with honesty, fairness, and diligence. We must ensure that our clients are fully informed about our loan products, terms, and conditions, and that all interactions are respectful and transparent.

4.3 Responsible Use of Company Assets

Company assets, including equipment, funds, and intellectual property, are to be used responsibly and solely for legitimate business purposes. Unauthorized personal use is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Anti-Corruption and Bribery

We have a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of bribery and corruption. No employee shall offer, accept, or solicit gifts, favors, or payments that could improperly influence a business decision.

Any employee who becomes aware of a violation of this Code of Conduct is obligated to report it to their manager or Human Resources. Reports can be made anonymously where permissible.

6.2 Non-Retaliation

Easyterms strictly prohibits retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, reports a violation or cooperates with an investigation.

6.3 Disciplinary Action

Violations of this Code of Conduct will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

7. Training

All new employees will receive training on this Code of Conduct upon joining the company. All employees will receive periodic refresher training to ensure continued awareness and compliance.

8. Review and Revision

This document will be reviewed annually by Senior Management to ensure its continued relevance and effectiveness. Any revisions will be communicated to all employees.
