Perform the duties of a Communications Officer for Easyterms Ltd.
The Communications Officer is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels. This role handles various marketing activities to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers.
Develop a marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, and identifying customers and their current and future needs and monitoring the competition
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed
Obtain market share by developing marketing plans and programs and directing promotional support
Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs and determining company's presence at public events
Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analyzing and interpreting market data
Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends
Develop strategies by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data and consulting with internal and external sources
Provide marketing information by answering questions and requests
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Execute marketing actions including, but not limited to:
Online activities such as social media & advertising
Website maintenance
Media buying including print, radio, TV
Promotional activities
Referral programs
Market research
Events
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
