This policy outlines Easyterms Ltd.'s commitment to providing financial and other support to local organizations, initiatives, and partnerships that promote community well-being. The purpose is to focus the company's resources on events, programs, projects, and initiatives that will provide the most benefit to the broader community. The company recognizes that community and company needs change over time, and it will continually re-evaluate its program to ensure it is doing what is best for both the community and the company.
This policy applies to all community giving and partnership activities undertaken by Easyterms Ltd.
Easyterms Ltd. funds programs and initiatives that support the social and economic health of the community. This can include:
Major community events such as fairs and festivals.
Social and support organizations, including food banks and disaster relief groups.
Community efforts such as summer programs for underprivileged youth.
Fundraising events that address life-limiting medical conditions.
Easyterms Ltd. does not support the following through its giving program:
Political candidates or initiatives.
Capital campaigns.
Religious organizations.
Travel or tours.
General operating expenses or individuals.
Individual teams in school athletics or leagues.
Individual student activities.
Applicants must adhere to the following criteria for consideration:
A formal request must be submitted in writing.
The organization must be a nonprofit group, unless it is an academic or government institution.
Requests for funding should be submitted at least seven days before the funds are needed.
If the request exceeds $1,000, it should be submitted one month in advance.
Easyterms Ltd. values long-term partnerships with groups that have the potential to achieve significant, sustained benefits. Partnerships often require significant resources and are not constrained by the same limits as the company's general giving program. Organizations wishing to partner with Easyterms Ltd. must submit a written proposal that includes, at a minimum, the following information:
A description of the scope of work.
A timetable for implementation.
The resources required.
Expected outcomes.
An explanation of why the organization is uniquely qualified to perform the work.
The guidelines in this policy do not prevent Easyterms Ltd. from making a contrary decision if, in the company's opinion, it satisfies its general giving objectives. The company will provide its final decision without justification and will not consider appeals.
Board of Directors / Senior Management: Overall responsibility for approving and overseeing the Community Giving and Partnerships program.
Easyterms Ltd. employees: All employees should be aware of the policy and direct all requests for support to the appropriate channels.
This policy will be reviewed periodically, and revisions will be made as needed to ensure it remains relevant to the evolving needs of the community and the company.
Proposals should be submitted to feli@easypayday.loans
