To support employees in performing their duties, the Company may issue certain assets to full-time employees, including, but not limited to, laptops, mobile phones, and related accessories.
Company-issued assets are provided to full-time employees based on role requirements and operational needs.
All issued equipment remains the property of the Company and is assigned for business use only unless otherwise approved.
Employees are responsible for the proper care, security, and appropriate use of all company-issued assets.
Company assets must be used primarily for business purposes and in accordance with Company policies.
Employees must not lend, share, or transfer company assets to any unauthorized person.
The Company shall issue:
One (1) laptop computer
One (1) company-issued cellular phone
Standard accessories required for equipment operation
The cellular phone plan shall include a monthly allowance for calls and data usage as determined by the Company. The Company shall be responsible for the cost of all calls and data usage within the approved plan allowance.
The Employee acknowledges full responsibility for all company-issued equipment, including the laptop computer and cellular phone, and for any excess usage charges incurred beyond the approved cellular plan allowance.
All company-issued devices remain the property of the Company. The Company reserves the right to access, review, and inspect any company-issued device and its contents at any time for business, security, or compliance purposes. Employees should have no expectation of privacy when using company-owned devices for work-related activities.
Upon termination of employment or upon request by the Company, the Employee shall return all Company property, including but not limited to:

Documentation
All versions of Confidential Information
All items must be returned in good working condition, except for normal wear and tear.
