1.1 For every on-time regular loan repayment, the net amount received will be converted into points and added to a virtual wallet, at a rate of 1 point for every cent received.
1.2 Early repayments and late repayments do not accrue points.
1.3 From time to time, the company may offer additional points as part of promotional activities.
2.1 Points expire 12 months after a loan account is closed.
2.2 The company reserves the right to modify the expiration period with prior notice to members.
3.1 Points are converted at the prevailing rate whenever redeemed.
3.2 Points may only be redeemed against services rendered by the company unless specified otherwise, for example, with partnering promotions.
3.3 The company reserves the right to set minimum and maximum redemption limits.
4.1 Points may only be transferred to a new account or one that has been inactive for 12 months.
4.2 The company reserves the right to redeem points against any overdue balances or outstanding fees.
4.3 In the event of account closure or termination, any unredeemed points will be forfeited.
5.1 Membership in the loyalty program is free and automatic upon opening a loan account.
5.2 The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice to members.
5.3 Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.4 The company is not responsible for any tax implications that may arise from earning or redeeming points.
6.1 Any attempt to manipulate the loyalty program or fraudulently earn or redeem points may result in the forfeiture of all points and termination of program membership.
6.2 The company reserves the right to audit accounts for compliance with these terms and conditions.
7.1 By participating in the loyalty program, members consent to receive communications related to their account and promotional offers.
7.2 The company will handle all personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
8.1 Any disputes arising from the loyalty program will be resolved in accordance with the company's standard dispute resolution procedures.
8.2 The company's decision regarding any aspect of the loyalty program shall be final and binding.
