The SCB in its capacity as Inspector may examine the books and records of Easyterms Ltd. using a risk-based approach. The SCB risk rating will determine the frequency by which Easyterms Ltd. will be examined. If required to be examined, Easyterms Ltd. will bear the cost of the examination.
