Perform the duties of a Finance Officer for Easyterms Ltd.
The Finance Officer provides financial and administrative support to the organization, managing its income and expenses. This role is crucial for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the company's financial systems.
Provide courteous and professional service, and maintain customer confidentiality at all times to build customer trust and loyalty.
Receive, evaluate and qualify applicants based on the information and documents provided, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures and requirements of licensing authorities. Provide explanation of deficiencies for declined applications.
Accurately produce financing documents and ensure they are duly executed by the customer.
Post relevant accounting entries to set up loan.
Disburse funds to customers or third-party vendors for vehicle financing.
Scan and save completed loan files after being signed off by risk manager and compliance officer.
Provide customers with loan administrative services including, but not limited to, posting of customer loan payments, providing payoff calculations, preparation of salary deduction cancellation letters, and refunding of loan overpayments.
Assist customers with loan queries.
Post bank deposits.
Cross-sell other company products/services.
Perform other duties as assigned.
