We have reviewed your investor profile and are pleased to confirm that it has been approved.
What next?
Before you can invest in Preference Shares, you must first have at least one shareholder profile set up in which to apply for them. You can check this from the Shareholders menu, where you can also add new Shareholders. If you already own Preference Shares, there will be at least one Shareholder in your account.
What to know about Shareholders
You can set up as many different Shareholders in your account as desired. You may have any combination of individual, joint, or company shareholders. When planning this, be aware that the Loyalty Program is based on the value of shares held by a Shareholder, not an Investor.
Shareholder types
The simplest shareholder type is an Individual. Typically, this is you.
Joint Shareholders can have as many Investors as desired, but be aware of the following:
Each additional Joint Shareholder must also be an Approved Investor in our system. If they aren't already, they will receive an invitation to create an Investor profile.
Any Preference Share applications cannot be made effective until all related Investors have been approved.
Joint Shareholders will be required to grant you, the creator of the Shareholder, authorization to act as the administrator of that Joint Shareholder exclusively.
For Company Shareholders:
We provide a Declaration for you to execute certifying that you are authorized to act on behalf of the Shareholder company.
In addition, you will need to provide:
Registered office address details
Certificate of Good Standing
Certificate of Incumbency
Certificate of Incorporation
How to apply for Preference Shares
After you have set up your Shareholder, from the Applications menu, you may add, view, edit, or delete applications at any time before payment is made.
You may apply at any time for Preference Shares by selecting the 'Waitlist' option. You may also apply directly for any Series that are open at the time of application.
About the Waitlist
Applications on the Waitlist are prioritized for new Preference Share issues. They expire 60 days from the application date, but you will be provided 30 days' notice if you wish to extend.
As Preference Shares become available, we will transfer your application from the Waitlist to a Series.
Finalizing the Application
Once your Application has been accepted for a given Series, we will notify you by email to log in and sign the Agreement. We may decrease the order due to limited availability. If you are satisfied with the Terms and Conditions, confirm you have reviewed the Agreement and close the window.
Last steps
Press SUBMIT to sign the Agreement.
