We represent Easyterms.
We have been instructed that you are indebted to Easyterms and that you have failed to honour your repayment obligations in relation to your said account.
Our instructions reflect that your indebtedness arises by virtue of the above referenced account, granted by Easyterms to you, which account is presently overdue in the amount of $5,000.00 as at the date hereof.
We have been instructed to and do hereby, on Easyterms’ behalf, demand immediate payment of the said overdue sum together with interest and late charges outstanding to the date of final payment.
