Where a change occurs in the particulars as set out in the application, Easyterms Ltd. shall within thirty (30) day inform the Inspector.
Prior written approval is required of the SCB for the following changes:
Issuance, transfer or disposal of company shares
Appointment of Directors of the company
Notification is required to the SCB for the following:
Change of officers of the Company
A copy of the MLRO registration with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
A copy of any and all outsource arrangements / agreements
Surrender of license
Material change form
