Perform the duties of an Operations Manager for Easyterms Ltd.
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management of the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees operational processes and leads the operations team.
Manage daily operational activities, including administrative functions, workflow management, and resource allocation.
Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team to foster a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, providing regular reports to the CEO.
Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained across all operational touchpoints.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes and achieve company-wide goals.
Handle third-party vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements.
Identify and implement new technologies and systems to enhance operational capabilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manage client accounts and loan disbursement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee the company's loan portfolio and manage collection efforts.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the operations team.
Manage relationships with key clients and resolve complex operational issues.
Ensure all operational activities comply with company policy and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and security of physical assets and office facilities.
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage customer feedback channels and implement solutions to improve service.
