Easyterms Limited Risk Management Framework provides a process that integrates risk management activities into the Business and Controls Processes of the Company. The risk-based approach to Identifying, Measuring, Monitoring and Controlling risk considers the effectiveness, efficiency, and constraints due to applicable laws, directives, Executive Orders, policies, standards, or regulations. The following activities related to managing organizational risk are paramount to an effective business processes and can be applied to both new and legacy systems.
Easyterms Ltd., a company incorporated in The Bahamas, holds a financial and corporate service providers (FCSP) license, and is registered with and licensed by The Securities Commission of the Bahamas, in its capacity as Inspector of FCSPs.
Easyterms Ltd., is registered with the Securities Commission of the Bahamas, as regulator of Financial Institution as defined by the FTRA.
For the purposes of this Manual, Easyterms Ltd. shall be referred to as the Company.
