The Company provides uniforms to promote a professional and consistent appearance across all locations. Employees are required to adhere to the uniform standards outlined below.
Each employee will be issued five (5) company uniform shirts.
The Company will provide a $40 allowance per pair toward the purchase of three (3) uniform pants, in accordance with the approved color guide.
New uniform shirts will be distributed only after all previously issued uniform items have been returned.
The Company will fully cover the cost of shoes only for employees who select the company-approved white sneakers.
Employees who choose a different style or color of shoes will be responsible for the full cost of those shoes.
Uniforms must be worn during all scheduled working hours unless otherwise authorized by management.
Employees are responsible for keeping their uniforms clean, neat, and in good condition.
Lost or damaged uniform items due to negligence may be subject to replacement at the employee’s expense.
Uniform items remain the property of the Company and must be returned upon termination of employment or upon request by management.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Company procedures.
